Patriot P210 SATA 3 2TB SSD (Update, it's not good) Bought this to expand space for Games on my PC and it was a great price for a 2TB ssd of around £80, obviously it's not as fast as modern NVME's (half the price so expected) but it's more than fast enough for a games drive (see attached CrystalDiskMark screenshot) and infinitely faster than spinning rust. Fairly cheap plastic housing as I was expecting for the price, not really bothered by that, drive also runs cool as noted in HWInfo. Recommended at the price I paid and if I have any issues with the drive I'll update the review. UPDATE :- Well it's been 6 months and the drive started disappearing from windows sporadically, then would reappear when it felt like it, trying to determine if it was my motherboard I switched it from the extra controller ports to the chipset sata controller ports and still had the same problem, after a few days it got to the point my PC wouldn't boot with it connected, I have a USB dock and eventually managed to get it working long enough to (VERY SLOWLY) copy the contents to a spare drive and sent it back for return which Amazon did without any issue. So, beware, not a fantastic experience for me.

I installed the Patriot P210 1TB SSD in my laptop and it has been a great upgrade. Boot times are much quicker and applications load almost instantly. The drive feels solid and fast under everyday use and even during heavier workloads. Installation was simple and straightforward. It worked right away with no setup needed. I appreciate that it is SATA 3 compatible so I did not have to update any drivers or change settings. After several weeks of use it has been completely reliable and I have not had any performance hiccups. It also stays cool under load which is a nice bonus. Overall I am very happy with this SSD. It offers great speed for the price and is easy to install. I would definitely buy it again or recommend it to anyone needing a fast storage upgrade.

This would easily be 5 stars but let down by the body of the SSD it's plastic seems to be quite flimsy and not very durable , saying that the SSD is fast and preforms excellent and for the money it's probably the best value on the market place , other than that flimsy body you easily look past once it's installed , because how often are you touching the ssd once it's installed

It is good that this company offers discounted prices for bulk and 'boxless' packaging. These SSD drives are well made and respond immediately when plugged into a windows or Mac computer system. In most cases the computer will simply prompt you to 'initialize' the drive before use. If not, just go to the settings option and activate the drive. The drives are standard 2.5" size and are great to not only store data but to replace older SATA drives in laptops and desktop computers. One pack of 10 drives is all that most folks would need. More than happy to recommend these drives for efficiency and price!

The SSDs arrived before time and outperformed my expectations. Highly recommended and definitely super value for money!

Bought two, both died after 10 months within a week. Avoid these drives and absolutely NEVER use as a main boot drive or for data that matters . Not the first patriot SSD I have had to return but it will be the last . I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!

I used this for adaptable storage in my Nvidia Shield Pro (2019), the speeds were almost the same as the onboard storage. My SSD fit perfectly in the external enclosure (UGreen) I had and it seemed to be fully compatible with the shield. Super easy to setup was basically plug and play, heat level seems low and good amount of storage. Works great and would highly recommend.

De Patriot P210 SSD 1 TB SATA III harde schijf gekocht om windows over te zetten naar een nieuwe schijf. Met het programma EaseUS Partition Master was dit in korte tijd zonder problemen gelukt. De computer is nu een stuk sneller voor een zachte prijs.

Aunque lo pedí por error y lo he devuelto sin abrir, tengo que decir que el SSD me pareció realmente una pasada. Venía perfectamente empaquetado, sin un sólo roce y el disco tiene las dimensiones estándar pero con tan sólo 7mm de grosor, es decir, es extremadamente fino. De las velocidades no puedo decir nada salvo remitirme a lo que dice el anuncio pero sí que destaco que este disco SSD extraplano de 1 Tera, tan sólo valía en el momento de la compra 51 euros, cosa que me parece un precio realmente excelente tratándose de un SSD de una gran marca aunque por los comentarios parece ser que cae en prestaciones y fiabilidad en la velocidad. Aún así me ha parecido un precio sin competencia.

Bonjour maintenant 2 ans que j’achète c’est SSD a titre professionnel, déjà plus de 70 de vendu, et concrètement je suis surpris car le rapport prix et excellent, aucun problème de perte de rapidité dans les 2 ans après l’installation, aucun casse, aucun SAV pour le moment, j’en suis satisfait à 100%, je les prend par lot de 10 à chaque fois
