But you need a Molex crimper...
Worked great for my 2006 F-250 but you definitely need a Molex-style crimping tool- I usually 'crimp' little pins like this with needle-nose pliers but that just won't work this time. I read the reviews and knew to buy the tool at the same time, so everything worked out OK. If you don't have a crimper (or don't want to buy one) do yourself a favor and get a pigtail socket, so you can splice wires instead of crimping pins onto wires to assemble this connector. Good product, worked great for my needs.
Used this to make an OBDII port on my motorcycle so I would not have to use a special cable. Now the bike has either option, factory special plug, or the standard OBDII.Kit came with everything needed (except wire of course). Was very easy to wire it up.

Repair success.
I had to repair the OBDII port on a 2003 Crown Victoria. I was able to accomplish the repair with the use of this replacement part.

Absolutely Useless
This is supposed to be a universal OBDII connector, and should be able to be used to replace an older OBD connector that had failed. That's what I was lead to believe. I bought this for a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, to replace my old one that cracked and could not hold the pins in place. Bought this and a crimper for the Molex connector that is used on these wires. After properly crimping the wires in, this connector would not hold the new connectors in for a scanner to read. Took it to my shop to have them check out what was going on, they saw the packaging and told me this company is crap, as the internal body of the connector(where the wires are held for the reader) breaks and doesn't work. I ended up salvaging a connector from another WJ and solder in the wire to that connector and it works. Don't buy this thing.
