Really easy to install, by myself. Clear uncomplicated instructions. Feels sturdy and solid but with the soft close action, no danger of squashing fingers or slamming on 'other things'. Once fitted, the one pull to snap out the seat for cleaning is already done as a part of the hinges! I completely believe that this seat will, even with regular multiple daily users, surpass my expectations for a long time. 11/10. (If it doesn't, I'll edit this review with how long it lasted!)

Good quality and easy to fit. Love the soft close too. Very pleased and our toilet looks A1 now. Worth paying that little bit extra.

This is an item that I did not think I would be reviewing So I purchased this throne to replace a broken seat I looked at over 20 products to get some idea of what to look for and in the end, I chose this one because The description on the website was very positive and the video helped me in my choice my wife and myself are large people so we needed something a lot stronger than the one we had since moving in over 9yrs ago I liked the fact that this seat was strong and well built It arrived a day earlier than I expected and was reasonable well packaged I removed the old seat and was ready to install the new one the instructions where easy to follow and I had the new one on within 5min and they also provide you with a link to a YouTube video showing you how to install the seat if you do have difficulty with the written instructions the seat is very comfortable and feels solid and is well built so it should last for many years to come I decided to also purchase the 4yr insurance cover just for peace of mind unlike other reviewers I was happy to pay a little more to get a quality product that I could rely on this is not an item that you think of buying until you need to but I would say if your throne has seen better days you should consider getting a replacement and you cant go wrong with this product It is available in a number of different colours giving you a good choice if you want to match your bathroom I am very happy with the quality of the seat and I have no problems recommending it to others

We have had to send the first two items back due to small but irritatingly visible defects in the finish - small scratches that would not polish out and right in the line of sight. Perhaps the quality check could be a bit more effective - now awaiting the third one . I hope it is ok, on the plus side I also purchases a white one of thes and it was fine. The seat drops nice and slowly. just like it should.

The seat had 3 unsightly black spot stains, one right at the front of the seat. Had to be returned. Pity because it was what I was looking for and easy to install.

Haben diesen WC-Sitz jetzt schon einige Jahre und wir lieben ihn. Wer einmal auf so einem bequemen und warmen WC-Sitz gesessen hat, will nie wieder auf einem ekelhaft kalten und harten Plastik-WC-Sitz sitzen. Meine Tochter kennt gar keinen anderen, wenn sie woanders aufs Klo geht, erschrickt sie immer weil es so kalt ist (lach). Wir haben schon seit eh und je Holz-Wc-Sitze aber der hier war der beste, werde noch einen als Ersatz bestellen, falls er mal kaputt geht.

In less than 3 months this toilet seat coating is starting to crack. Cheap materials not fit for wet purposes. Would not recommend. I had a wooden toilet seat for 15 years before this with only ear to the rubber parts. I have learnt my lesson and will not use such cheap materials again.

Fitting was surprisingly easy. Item works and looks good for the most part. There is a chip on the very front of my seat, where you can clearly see the white plastic under the faux-wood coating. Most people probably won't notice it, but it's all I see when I look at the seat. I would return for replacement but in my situation it's too much effort. I could not find any other avenue to contact seller to at least mention, hence minus one star from my review. I'm trying to figure out ways to patch it up myself.
