These shoes are so cute and good quality!!! The buckles are very weird though it took a bit to figure out but aside from that they’re true to size and very comfortable!!!

It's true to shoe size and it took me a bit to figure out how to use the buckles. It's not the tradition ones we're use to where yours trap in and strap out but you actually slide the heart buckle through the the attachment

I LOVE these shoes but they hurt the back of my ankle so much. I’ve tried bandaids on the shoes, on my ankles, both, padding, nothing does the trick. The shoes came with a sticky padding to put on the inner ankle, but it did nothing, so I discarded it

the back strap is removable in fact it falls out on its own , not attached in anyway . It looks like it was never meant to be there . The shoe fits almost perfectly. The back strap is a bit uncomfortable, i have small ankles and that back strap is to small luckily it's easy to replace, super easy . The buckles aren't real buckles.
