This review is for the Teenitor® 36 Pcs High Quality 2 ml (5/8 Dram) Amber Glass Vials Bottles, with Orifice Reducers and Black Caps. I did receive a total of 36 amber glass bottles, orifice reducers and black caps, minimally yet efficiently packaged. They also included two glass droppers which were very nice. These bottles are a true amber tinted glass, and not painted. This means that the color will not wear off or fade with daily use. I also love that the amber tinted glass has been proven to provide some protection for UV sensitive products. Since my ultimate use for these bottles is for working with essential oils, this is exactly what I was looking for. These bottles are very small. The total height with the screw on cap in place was exactly 1” in height. My original intention for purchasing these was to use them with essential oil blends. I make and sell numerous essential oil items, one of which is personal inhalers. I thought these would be great to put blends in for people to purchase so that they can have a small amount of oils to replenish and refresh their nasal inhalers. This size will work perfect for this purpose as well as being a wonderful option for mixing and experimenting with making my own personal essential oil blends and fragrances. As you will see in one of the enclosed pictures that has been filled with essential oils, these bottles will hold quite a bit. I put 50 drops in the bottle in the picture and as you can see, there was still a little room for more. The oils were poured from 15 ml bottles with euro droppers so there may be a slight variance if you are only using an orifice reducer type bottle and of course the consistency of various types of oils. Either way, they are just a great option for smaller batches. They would also work perfect for making your own essential oil first aid kits as these small bottles are the perfect size for carrying just enough of what you need without all the extra bulk of larger bottles. I could also see these bottles being great for smaller medications or supplements that you may need to transport or keep in your purse or pocket. Although they are glass and glass is fragile, these bottles are a nice, high clarity, quality bottles. They appear to be made well enough that they could stand normal wear and transport without having to worry about any issues. All of the orifice reducers fit into the bottles easily and securely. The black screw on lids also screwed on easily, evenly, and securely. I did not experience any issues with leakage. The only problem I have with these bottles is the orifice reducer…it is completely inefficient and does not work. I tried numerous oils and couldn’t get a single one of them to produce a drop with ease and without rigorous shaking of the bottles. Of course having to shake the bottle is not the best option because the oils really do make a mess and tend to go everywhere. I was really disappointed that they did not work. Because of this I had to make an additional purchase of some very small pipettes, as this is the only easy and efficient way my customers will be able to get the oils out of the bottles in a controlled measurement. When refilling inhalers it has to be precise and without additional pipettes, this would be impossible with these bottles. Also, the tips of the pipettes that I had on hand will not fit into the hole on the orifice reducer. So in order to utilize these bottles, I will have to remove the reducer each time I need to access the oil. I am giving these bottles 4 stars because of the ineffective orifice reducers. I also feel that because of this, these bottles are just a tad overpriced. I did compare before making my purchase and there were numerous other options out there that were cheaper. However, based on the reviews I chose to pay a bit more and go ahead and purchase this brand. However, the entire reason I paid more has also become the only thing I don’t like about these bottles. If you are not in need of a controlled dropping mechanism directly from the bottle, then these are wonderful. Otherwise be prepared to have to utilize pipettes. If for any reason after continued use of this product my opinion or review changes, I will post updates.

Fairly durable. Don’t drop on hard surface more than a couple feet high. When cleaning, DO NOT use cleaning brushes with metal or horse hair bristles.

I actually got these bottles for homeopathy samples and they are perfect size! Can also use for essential oils, they work well for both and are great size to keep in a purse or small bag.

I chose this set because of the price per unit. And I purchased this brand before in different vial size. Pros: packed securely. nice bonus droppers. Cons: missing two orifice reducers so two bottles are unusable because lid won't screw down enough to seal (shoulders of the glass vial stop the edge of the lid). Also, doesn't come with foam cap liners which would provide extra protection from leaking. I will have to order the little foam circles separately or return this and look deeper for a different set.

I am very into essential oils and I am constantly creating my own blends. I normally buy my small vials off of eBay and then have to wait up to 6 weeks for shipping and expect a few bottles to be broken. I had previously looked on Amazon but couldn't justify the prices - until I found these vials. The low cost of under $10 for 36 vials translates into less than $.30 each. The vials were well packaged and not a single broken bottle. It came with 36 bottles, caps, and reducers. It included 2 small glass droppers. I think I found my new source for amber vials. I received this product at a discount or free for the purposes of evaluation in exchange for my unbiased review.
