I've been a Toddy user for years and appreciate the ease of making smaller batches with this set. Excellent quality and aesthetics!

I salute the marketing genius of packaging tongs, a glass beaker with a lid, a funnel and some paper filters and charging $45 for it! Use any mid-sized container, place a plastic funnel on top, use regular coffee filters and you have the same contraption for a fraction of the price.

This makes just enough concentrate for me to make an Americano each morning during week. Pull the filter bag out, drain, into my compost it goes. So easy, smooth, and delicious coffee. I love it!! I will say the glass felt delicate, but no issues so far. Just be aware if you have any klutzes in the family, 😆.

This little system is easy to use and clean and the flavor is very good, but I wish it made a little more concentrate. Please know that of April 2023 you can't buy the necessary filters on Amazon. You have to buy them on the Toddy website, and you must spend $50 to get free shipping. This extra step may not matter to some folks but I find it a hassle and wouldn't have purchased the item had I known. I'd return it but I've already tossed the packaging.

I have used the original Toddy cold brew system for many years, but decided to pick up this mini-Toddy to make decaf for those summer afternoons when you just want a nice cold brew coffee and don't want the caffeine. I don't drink enough decaf cold brew to warrant bringing out my full-scale Toddy, and this is the perfect size. I use 4oz off course-ground beans and 2 cups of filtered water to approximate the ratio I use in the big Toddy. (It should be 2 1/3 cups to be exact but that doesn't quite fit). I use about 1/3 cup concentrate to 2/3 cup water and get 4 servings out of it. Very nicely made. Low tech and gets the job done! Great little glass container that fits nicely in the fridge. I would also recommend this to those who just don't have the room for a full-sized Toddy.
