Leviton Feed Through, QuickPort HDMI Connector, 40834-W, White

Functioned as described and easy to setup/install

Hard to find Leviton products, now available on Amazon.com. These use to be available at the Home Depot, but now they got really cheap and got some China products which I really don't like. I truly like the quality of this product and have used Leviton in all my electrical wiring and A/V needs. Great item that works through walls if you need to hide that pesky HDMI cable nicely and professionally. Advice to get the 8 port plate because you never know how many other wires you might want to add in the near future.

Supports the full HDMI 2.1 standard. Yes, eARC does work with this plug. Currently using a Samsung HW-990D soundbar with an LG B4 TV with eARC. Really love this product, and was able to easily clean up the wires behind my TV.

The baseline starting position of using these keystones is you run hdmi cable from a source into the wall, up inside the wall and then out to the display. As such any usage would require 3 hdmi cables and 2 such keystones. HDMI cable -Keystone - in wall hdmi cable - keystone - hdmi cable to tv Using 4k120hz HDMI cable as the 3 cables and using two of these to patch them together I did my testing. Works perfectly for full HD (1920x1080) and with ARC. Works perfectly with 4K Dolby Vision from AppleTV 4K to my 2025 Bravia 9 tv. Does NOT work for eARC. Does NOT work for direct connection of an XBox One X in 4K to the TV. Does work with the XBox One X in 4K connected to the AZ3000ES receiver and then that feeding up through the keystones and cable to the TV. Does NOT work for 4k reliably for all devices, nor does it work for eARC at all. The Xbox One X issue may well be a problem with the complex way the Xbox One X video system works. It’s a bit janky to get set up. Both of those fail to connect when two of the keystones are in usage. With only one keystone in use I got eARC to work is a spotty fashion (the audio would drop out periodically ). So these are not suited for reliable 4k usage from all devices. You should thus test , does it work with YOUR equipment and return if necessary.

seems to work well, 5-10 insertions and it's staying solid. using in an outdoor box for occasional use with a monitor outside.

Couldn’t get this in the big box stores

I bought this when a low-cost product I had bought at a box store broke after plugging in the HDMI cable (5 minutes!) I ordered this part along with a 3-port decora insert by Leviton. This product is well made! I've plugged and unplugged HDMI cable into this and it works perfectly!

very good, works great, connects great and firm to the faceplate. HDMI signal passes through well.

Top quality product. Much better than 3rd party products bought in most stores. Being an Electrician, I have tested other brands and Leviton is one I have stuck by, especially for any Quickport applications

I found some generic keystones for HDMI that were cheaper but I had to stick with a brand I trust to work every time and that his Leviton.

Arrived quickly and the item was as described.

These definitely do the job and seem to be well made. Expensive but worth it because they work.
