I am from england and have never tried this drink, so don't know how to make it, does it come with instructions on the back?

Yes, it does. But it's very simple - add contents to 1c (about 240 ml) sugar (I use 3/4c as 1c is too sweet for me) and dissolve with 2 quarts (1.9 litres) water. I actually use Splenda granulated instead of sugar for a sugar-free drink.
