Amazing quality mold! Mold is large and unique without difficulty to remove. Comes w recipe Faster than expected

I'm a total amateur. My mousse cake with a brownie layer tasted good. but the finish couldve been better. Probably my fault. I think maybe a cocoa butter velvet finish spray might have helped the final look of this cake. Mirror finish was not really the way to go : /

There was no recipe included. You have to go to the web site and buy her classes. Revised: My wife reached out to the chef on Instagram, and she promptly sent us several recipes!
