These nori sheets are crisp, fresh, and have that clean roasted flavor you want for homemade sushi. They hold together well when rolling but aren’t too tough or chewy. I’ve used them for sushi, rice balls, and even as a quick snack with a little rice and avocado, and they never disappoint. The quality is noticeably better than the smaller packs you find in regular grocery stores, and the price for the quantity is great. Definitely a pantry staple for anyone who loves sushi nights at home.

Although I try to buy local as much as I can, these nori sheets are truly delicious. I use these as low calorie wraps and stuff them with vegies. Buying them 50 at a time is a super idea as they last and it is much more economical.

This seawood is marketed to sushi chefs and people who makes sushi rolls, but I use it for children snacks! I was shopping for healthy snacks for my 1 year old son and came across this item. Now, most seaweed in the market either have high salt/sodium content especially when they are, well, added with sea salt. In my opinion, the sea salt actually makes the seaweed tastes too salty, so why the vendors would add sea salt is puzzling to me. The seaweed is different. Its nutritional label actually reads 0% sodium (which is not actually 0% if I understand the government regulations correctly - just read it as very, very low sodium) and it has decent nutrition. It comes in 100 half sheets so each time I just take 1 sheet and hand-rip it into little bite-size pieces, so it lasts for awhile. I don't put it in the fridge and it doesn't go bad (at least not for awhile anyway). Finally, my son loves it! It is crunchy and tastes good as far as seaweed goes. I am happy that I found this one and have been recommending it to other parent friends. Thank you!!

Your parents of the roasted seaweed looks like any other roasted seaweed. Easy to use in my recipes and what I was looking for the only reason I gave it a four star is because it doesn't have that many in the package for the price but again it was what I was looking for

Good value great taste

I've tried other nori brands at the grocery store but I found this brand on Amazon at a great price. Once I open the bag I put the remaining sheets in a square, really airtight plastic container and it keeps fresh for a really long time. I'm very pleased with this product. The secret is keeping it in a plastic, airtight container, not in a baggie. Baggies do not work well at all. Since seaweed is a very healthy food product, I usually pull out a sheet every couple days and tear it into tiny squares that I can set with my meal. It's a nice, slightly salty nori that can be munched on with a meal, or as a snack. I feel very good about the fact that it is also organic. I rate this product a 5 star.
