We have used this for years so the cat does not get into the counter food.

This collar really works! What I like best about it is the warning beeps the dog hears ahead of time. This has really helped our Boxer stay out of places he shouldn't be in, and away from chewing on things he shouldn't be chewing -- like the internet wire, the wood pile (yes, he's very busy). The one thing I wish they would get made better is that the receive sometimes breaks and then flops around the nylon collar and we have to get a new one.

Synced up with our existing base station right away. Great product. Saved our blinds!

One of the two bars holding the buzzer stationary on the collar broke after 12 months. The two prongs that deliver the buzz to the dog's skin aren't in contact with him any more. These thin bars are made of plastic and fell apart under normal wear. Worked well before that! Was about to buy another transmitter rock.
