This is like having high-end tools and being a high-cuisine chef simultaneously. Consider the savings on visiting expensive Argentinian grill restaurants, and the price will look affordable. Very sturdy construction and very good heat retention that extend the cooking experience to Caucasian cuisine and Shashlik.

Compre esta parrilla, que no es barata, pensando que duraria varios años. Hace 2 años que la tengo, la uso de vez en cuando pero ya se le rompio la manija, se oxida y se le salta la pintura, por mas que la cuide y la tape la calidad es bastante mala. Me arrepiento de haberla comprado. No se la recomiendo a nadie.

First the really good. This grill is solid and cooks to perfection and is a true conversation piece. There is a small learning curve and be aware cooking on this is a process. Get ready to devote a few hours just to get it cook ready. It is fun and quite an immersive experience. The not sterling news are the instructions are useless. Nuke apparently did a small design upgrade to add a handle on both ends, change the attachment style(box to frame) and attach the 4 wheels but the instructions reflect the old style. Also one of the bolt holes did not line up but I improvised with a bolt,nut and 2 washers I had in my tool chest. Other than the build issues its quite the work of art! Also use wood as your fuel. It is a game changer. I use a combo of apple and mesquite logs.

Fancy aspect and the material seems to be good quality. However, it’s quite ineffective since the place for the firewood is very, very (very!) small. And short. So the fire you can get is small too and branches keep falling out. No enough coals. You can’t grill anything bigger than burgers. This is NOT what is used in Argentina and Uruguay. And the company Argentine owners should know this.

Perfect cooking

The quality is cheap , it was broken the lift system in a month they sent me a piece that is not the original one is like a tool , I’m not able to lift it and they never answer my emails , DONT BUY IT!
