Great makeup remover - not a lotion
I love this incredibly mild, non-oily makeup remover fluid. (I have no idea why it's labeled "lotion," as it is water-thin.) The packaging has changed recently, but as far as I can tell the contents have not.

Horrible. Not the same pevonia of ten years ago
I used to get this stuff at my favorite spa in Scottsdale. Of late the face creams smell like cheap perfume and this eye makeup remover is, as others have said, OILY and BURNS THE EYES. It’s disappointing. Pevonia used to be the best. Now it’s cheap, over-perfumed junk, at spa-quality prices. Had to return.

Easy to use and love it!
I've used this for many years and find it very effective, yet nice to my skin. I always use cotton balls to apply and remove eye make-up and then cleanse my face. Love it and haven't found anything else as easy and effective PS. I'm in my late 70's and my skin is in excellent condition!

I love using this eye makeup remover,. does not sting and leaves no oily stuff on my eyes. Don't think it dries up my eyelids.

The best eye makeup remover
This is my all time favorite eye makeup remover. I have found that nothing compares to the quality of this product. Being a licensed esthetician I have the opportunity to try many other eye makeup removers. But this will be the one I will always repurchase and use.

Not a lotion, more of a liquid spray
This is not a lotion, it's more of a fluid spray. But it works well just misleading as I was hoping for a lotion

Best eye makeup remover on market!
First introduced to this product at a spa in Canada and haven't found another product that beats it in how well it removes eye makeup and leaves a clean and fresh feel. Not oily. Easy on the eyes. Get a lot of uses per bottle.

This is a water based eye makeup remover. Great for oily skin or sensitive skins. Does not clog pores. There is no glycerin or oil it it. It, like all Pevonia products, is free of Gluten. Does not sting my eyes or irritate them. Can't say enough good about this Spa product.
