Works as intended. With the cord hooked into the fast charge output of the adapter, my phone charges approximately 30% in my 60 minute commute while streaming from spotify and bluetoothing it to the car at the phones maximum volume. You do have to pay attention and set the phone down fairly centered, too far off and the light will flash and it won't charge.

Bought a 2018 Toyota Camry almost loaded but without Premium Audio, but this after-market part gives you wireless charging. Do I really need it- not really, but it is nice on long car trips. Also, I travel out of town by car once monthly for a weekend and it's nice to know that if I ever forget my charger, or it broke or if I ever had to leave town emergently, I have this. It really is literally plug and play. There is a wire that would be hidden beneath console if factory installed but is small and nonobtrusive. Glad I bought this.

Easy to install and fit perfect. Only issue is the phone would connect with the charging pad for 5 seconds and then stop charging.

Overall, this is a solid product that probably nails everything the manufacturer wanted to do. It charges well and fits pretty close to how it should. The problem is in the design itself. The micro USB port should really be on the opposite side, right under the USB port of the car, that way the cord could be a bit more manageable. The pad could be rotated 180°, but then the cable is in the way of your phone, so it's a lose/lose. It's a solid charger and feels substantial, but it doesn't quite sit in place at it should either, so 3m double sided tape would be needed. If you have the ability, I'd recommend getting behind the dash and hardwiring it instead. I'll be returning the item though. To me, it seemsbetter for that area to look clean and use a charging cable when needed, rather than have something cluttering the underside of my console.
