We purchased these pillows exactly 2 years ago and they are still as comfortable as the day they arrived, which may be subjective, but I thought I'd write a review. Not being real picky bedding connoisseurs, we had gotten used to suffering the ancient torture technique of piling up cheap, flat, crappy pillows and making futile attempts to stuff 2 into 1 pillowcase. We had not realized what a difference a good pillow makes until we got these. They came with soft, thick zip covers to go around the pillow itself and a sufficient amount of stuffing for each was included. These pillows still fluff right back up like new after use and conform very well, they are not firm but I feel they do offer good support and stay cool. When my back is bothering me I sleep on these for relief. They were absolutely worth the price and they have held up extremely well.

I have always dreaded pillow shopping because I can never seem to find just the right one, and I was nervous to try this sight unseen. I prefer thin firm pillows that don't tilt my neck up too high as I'm a side sleeper. I cannot say enough good things about this pillow. When it arrived, it was super huge and very firm as it's loaded down inside. But I was able to remove about half of the filing, and it's perfect! My husband loves his too. Super comfortable, and is just the right height to keep my spine in good alignment while on my side. I totally recommend this pillow. It did have a chemical smell the first day that was pretty strong, but we didn't notice it at all after that initial day. The zipper case the foam is also very nice as well. Totally recommend this!

The storage is smart: each pillow has a breathable bamboo-like cover that feels cool and high-quality, and the shredded memory foam is adjustable so you can remove some stuffing to lower the height—which I appreciated, even though I left it as it arrived. The build feels solid and supportive. However, I found them too firm and quite high for my preferred sleep position—and that ended up giving me some neck pain at night. Meanwhile, my husband loved it; he sleeps better than ever using his pillow. So, if you’re struggling with a flat or nonadjustable pillow, these might be a good match. But if you, like me, prefer softer, lower-loft pillows or tend to wake with neck tension, you may need to adjust the filling or use it as a side/back sleeper with caution.

Caution for side sleepers. Had to make adjustments by removing foam & it is better but not perfect. Back sleepers it’s amazing. Pillow is cool to touch & stays that way. I never wake up to flip to cool side or bc my neck & head is sweating. Given it is returnable I would not hesitate to purchase. I have severe neck & back issues so it may just be me that makes it less than perfect. The outer cover alone makes this a 🥇 pillow. So if considering buying, BUY. Nothing to lose given it is returnable. Also the full one is perfect for back if on bed rest but want to sit up. Also great for deep recliners that are painful if back issues. So with all foam it’s perfect for reasons above. Side sleepers; you will have to “make” it better for you. For hot 🥵 sleepers this is five stars 🌟 all the way. First time in 60 yrs I’ve not woken to flip to the cool side.

I already own a long body pillow that I use on the back of my bed that is shredded memory foam. I had previously used 2 feather pillows that were pretty firm but were not the best. I would often lay my head on the body pillow to sleep. So it only made sense to get 2 pillows that felt the same way! I must admit at first I was a little skeptical because after letting them out in the air and fluffing them up they just were not very firm - and yes there was a smell to them. After a few hours they became more firm but really not how I wanted them. I opened the 2nd zipper and dug my hand into the foam to get air deep in the pillow and let them air out for a couple of more hours. This really helped. The next day they were firm yet soft and the smell was gone. I would recommend these pillow for sure. The shipping was fast - packaging great. It was a good buy.

This was great until I opened the second one. I opened one and leff the other untouched. I wanted to see of it was comfortable. I decided to keep them, so I opened the second one. Well, it stayed completely flat. Looks like there is about 50% less filling in the second one. Returning. Not sure if I will get the same ones. Edit: Got new ones. They both fluffed up nicely and evenly. My take on these pillows: without any pillowcase, they are nice, not cooling, but not hot and comfortable enough. They are nice as a nap pillow. However, for all night sleeping I do not recommend. They are HARD! You can take some of the filling out, but I never found “the just right loft.” I ended up returning them. I debated so much, because I LOVE how big they are. We just decided that betweeb the no cooling, and not finding the correct loft, we just didn’t want to keep them. I got Serta cooling memory foam ones, and they are better, although not as big.

I like having these types of pillows for when I want to sit up in bed. I have a Serta memory foam pillow that I've had for nearly ten years, so it was time for a new one. However, the price is what kept me from returning to that brand. They are super firm and don't give too easily. They also function really well as a laptop table while in bed. I've had mine for nearly a year and they still feel brand new.

Unfortunately underfilled, meaning it leaves a U-shaped gap after lying on it requiring us to bunch it up or flip it every few hours otherwise wake up with a neck ache. I’m actually looking to buy extra filling somehow.
