Excellent quality but small size

I love this product although it arrived in PINK not purple. Ironically I wanted pink to match my wrist bands anyway so maybe the Amazon packer read my mind! The product itself is excellent. We get a lot of heat waves in the summer so this works great just to drape around your back and shoulders or chest and shoulders to help cool down. You can also wrap it around you legs, arms etc - anywhere that is feeling particularly hot. This might be beneficial for someone with a heat rash or hives as it soft, cool, wet and feels great on your skin. It comes in a plastic reusable sealed tube - you store it wet so it is ready to use whenever you need it as well as it travels well in a beach bag, backpack etc. After buying this through Amazon, I have since found this same brand/product in outdoor sports stores but was happy to see I saved a couple bucks buying it through Amazon! This would also make a great gift idea for someone athletic or who spends a lot of time in hot climates, work environments etc. It stays cool for hours - as it dries out, I either spritz mine with a water bottle to keep it moist or submerge for a minute in a sink/bowl of water. Washes nicely by hand with mild soap and water.

This really does work, so cool on a very hot day. I used it for golfing in the hot sunshine, it really helped. Also helped baby stay cool and sleep in the very hot weather.

To be honest I was pretty skeptical about the cooling power of these towels. Would they really help as much as they claim? We bought three and put them to the test on a recent trip to Disney World in the August heat. I am honestly amazed by the amount of cooling they accomplish. The first time I put my towel around my neck after beginning to feel heated, I instantly felt my overall body temperature drop significantly. Every day of our trip to Florida I would wet all three Frogg Toggs with cool water in the morning. We put one over our baby's legs in the stroller to both protect him from the sun and cool him, I wore one around my neck, and my husband wore one around his neck. I love that they offer not only cooling but also sun protection. Our 1-year-old's legs were the only part of him exposed to sun when he was riding in his stroller, and the Frogg Toggs wrapped around him protected his sensitive skin from the sun. Unlike a normal blanket or towel I could have put around his legs, the Frogg Togg cooled him rather than warmed him up! We fell in love with our Frogg Toggs on our trip to Florida and have since used them in hot San Antonio and Bandera Texas, Virginia, and North Carolina. I like the white color that we purchased because they match with any outfit and are less conspicuous, but I think a lot of the other colors are fun too. Pros: -REALLY work! -Sun protection -Easy to use -Come with their own storage tubes when not in use -Lightweight for travel -Not obnoxious looking -Hold water without soaking your clothes Cons: -I forgot to rinse ours out and let them dry one day and they developed a moldy odor (totally my fault!) one run through the washing machine and they were as good as new, but I wish they could magically never develop the moldy odor!
