Don’t buy, item is defective, smells badly and there is only one insole, not a pair inside the pack. This defective item is non-returnable…

The product description claims that it is a PAIR. A Pair equals 2 items, however it is only 1 insole in the pack. It would have been useful to know, specially since the item is now out of stock and I can’t even have the option to purchase the second insole.

As it is mentioned a pair we have recite only 1 piece and when we are trying to return it's showing not eligible for return .How are we suppose to use
