Excellent but costly.

I haven’t used these long. I normally use mother’s bliss gummies. Those are fantastic for kids and adults. These however are double the amount, and it’s not 1 gram of sugar per serving. For an adult or child that could easily be 1-6 extra grams of sugar per day, per supplement. I got these because they are 2, billion per capsule as opposed to 1 billion per gummy as well as no sugar. Otherwise, MTC 5856 no bloating for myself or my children can get things moving very quickly without anybody having loose stools. Everyone in my household has tried These capsules except for my five-year-old and we are all enjoying them.
