Only just started taking tablets. Good value for money

There is no scientific data for taking anything like 700mcg of K2. I’ve taken them for 6 weeks for a specific poor blood flow problem to my feet and they’ve proved to be very beneficial. I want to continue taking K2 but not high strength without evidence it’s been proved to be safe for long periods. These are good, very good, and It’s a shame this company do not also make a lower strength version. I’m now going to look for the same purity in capsule form in a 200mcg strength.

Been taking these for a while with D3, I feel great. Like many I always look at the worst reviews and there is a concern with some of the ingredients in them which are largely used in most supplements.
