I use several thermal printers daily for my ecommerce business. I saw this one on Cyber Monday sale, and for the price, I figured I would take a chance on it. It works perfectly with my generic labels. I love the fact that the manufacturer provided a label tray.It was a very easy setup. Simply follow the provided instructions. KComer does provide a USB flash drive with drivers, but the Win 11 driver included did not work for me.I did need to go to the manufacturers website and download the Windows 11 driver. After I ran the downloaded one, it immediately installed and has been working perfectly. I have seen other reviews stating that it will not work on Win 11; I can only guess that they may have tried using the one on the flash drive only.

Very nice label machine was very easy to hook up to my computer very easy to use and save me a lot of money from happen to go to the store and have a label print it out excellent print and quality great for somebody that runs a business at home and wants to save money from not having to print labels at the store highly recommend if anybody’s looking for a nice label printing machine

First assembly of the setup was simple. Then that's where the train went off the tracks....it instructs you to follow a few basic instructions followed by a test label. This is in addition to the test label it does from the factory by default which seemed fine. So I hit print and at the speed of light it spits out a label that is indexed the wrong direction and small enough that I'd doubt a team of scientists using the Hubble telescope would be able to see. And I went back to the directions and even the companies videos on YouTube. Perhaps it was someone independent doing the video. Nothing suggested made change the orientation or the ridiculously small size it was printing at. I asked a handful of friends (some of which have labelprinters of their own) and no changes came out of it. So now I own a brand new laserprinter to do the task. Of course it leaves me stuck cutting the damned things out and taping them on my packages. So it looks like a 5th grader made and installs all of my labels! I would not recommend this product to anyone I care for or remotely like as it's been a headache since I opened the box!

Why did it take me so long to buy this?!?! I really love this little label printer. I have an iMac and it was completely compatible and easy to set up. I sell on eBay, Mercari and OfferUp and it does take a little work to get the labels to print 4 x 6 but there are a lot of YouTube videos on how to do it then once you get the process down it is pretty easy. It basically amounts to shrinking the label view to “actual size” and then taking a screenshot of it and then printing out the screenshot on the label printer using “scale to fit.” Sounds complicated but it’s not. Just google the directions. And it does take a little bit of time to learn how to tear off the labels quickly and evenly but once you get that down it’s super easy & convenient. Beats dealing with a regular printer that jams, uses expensive ink, and having to cut out labels. Speaking of labels—-Make sure you line the labels up straight going into the printer and nothing is in the way of them rolling smoothly or you will end up with a jam. My only suggestion to the maker of this printer is to make a different location for where you plug in the power cord. The cord plugs in too close to the labels and can get in the way. Other than that, it’s perfect!Save yourself money on ink and get this if you are a small business!

it work perfect with mercari, ebay and facebook marketplace, we print many labels at day,5 weeks and working fine so far.the printer is easy to usse but if you using it for mercari all you need is adode acrobat for easy printing just save the label to be open with acrobat , with ebay and facebook it just work without any problems because they give you 4x6 labelsone thing is the software You just need to download the software from their website instead of using the drivers on the usb drivebecause the one in the driver dont work at all, its not updatedyou can get free labels from ups website, dont need to buy them get them for freethis printer it pays it self

Installed the windows drivers, had the printer up and tested in 10 minutes, seems to be running smoothly. Will not really know until I actually print a shipping label. . Printed the test label, clear and print is dark. I’m sure this is going to be a great purchase and will save time printing shipping labels, which I was doing on a regular hp printer, having to cut and tape labels on packages. I’m not giving this 5 stars only because I have not used it to print labels yet.

No pude instalarlo no me lo agarro mi laptop, me tira error quise Descargar de la pagina y no se puede así que no lo recomiendo no está actualizado para algunas computadoras nuevas o para algunos windows y no hay donde te den una solución lastima mala compra
