I known this brand since my childhood and they make excellent products. I havent tried yet as I just got it. I am sure they work. In pressure cookers this is “pan type” which has shallow depth and thats what I am looking for. Lucky Amazon carries. Putting the lid is easy as you have to press down before you twist to lock. This method has been used over decades from this brand. That said, This is much smaller than I expected and added some pictures so you can see relative to a tea spoon or small juice glass. We are two people should be sufficient. Just trust this brand and it will serve you decades!

The pressure indicator can be done away with. It hardly serves any purpose and can be easily damaged or misplaced while cleaning. Rest is good!
