The E25 works great!
This is the best reasonably priced, corded, in-ground pool vacuum available. We had another, more expensive brand, which would miss parts of my pool, even after three cycles. The Dolphin E25 model is basically plug and play. I didn't need to use the associated app, and it works great. It has two filter boxes, does a great job on the pool floor and sides, and doesn't get stuck on stairs. It's easy to clean and filters about 4500 gallons per hour, much more than most cordless models, which typically lose battery life after a season. The cord is 51 feet and makes it easy to pull in when it finishes. Very happy with this purchase.

Works great so far
So far so good. Had no issues setting it up and getting it connected via the app. It is running on a schedule which works great. It has been doing a great job of getting all over the pool and I have not noticed it miss any areas yet. A big plus for me was that has not been getting stuck on my two main drains like my previous cleaner constantly did. This cleaner appears to go right over them with ease. Easy to retrieve and clean out the filters. It does appear to get all the way up to the waterline, which was not important for me, but a nice addition.

Robot works great, warranty statement on listing needs to be clarified.
I've waited to write this review until we used this robot for a decent amount of time. I can say that it is a real time saver when it comes time to clean the pool. Almost every time I clean my pool it covers nearly every inch of the pool and it cleans very well. There have been a few times when it didn't get the entire pool floor, but it generally does great. I think one of the best things about the robot is that it has a self contained filter basket. So there's no hooking it into your filter. I have many trees around my pool and they drop a good amount of dirt into the pool. Typically I put the robot in the pool every day because there's dirt on the pool floor. All the dirt is captured in the robot's filter basket. This means I need to clean my pool filter much less often. When the robot is done cleaning I take it out of the pool and put it in my shed. Then I clean the filter basket which takes about 30 seconds. All in all I spend maybe 5 minutes a day putting the robot into the pool then taking it out and cleaning the filter basket. I used to spend 30 - 45 minutes every other day with the vacuum that connected to my pool filter via hose. This robot has done and incredible job cleaning my pool and saving me time. So why only 3 stars? Two reasons. 1. On the Amazon page for the robot it says quite clearly "The E10 is backed by a 2 year manufacturer's quality warranty protecting your investment." That was one of the main reasons I bought it. When you spend this kind of money you expect a longer warranty. My opinion is the warranty should be at least 3 years but there are few robots, if any, with a warranty that long. However, even though the listing says it has a 2 year warranty, when you get the robot and you look at the warranty card you can see what the warranty really is. The warranty card says 2 years for plastic parts and 1 year for cable, power supply and motor unit. Why not make that clear in the listing?? If you look at one of my images you'll see the actual warranty card statement that I put a red box around. It's highly unlikely a plastic part is going to fail in 2 years. It's way more likely something mechanical or electrical will fail. So they are being very deceptive about the true warranty on the unit. I did buy the extended warranty through Asurion, but I'm not holding out much hope they'll actually be helpful if needed based on reviews I've read about them. Hopefully I never have to find out. 2. Customer service appears to be non-existent. When I received my unit the filter basket had a hole in it. I know that sounds bad but it was in a place where it didn't really have a negative affect on the operation. However, being a new unit and being quite expensive I wanted to get the filter basket replaced with one that didn't have a hole in it. I called their support line and got no answer. I then sent an email and got no response to my email. So I'm assuming they don't really have a customer support group. Or if they do then they just don't care about actually helping their customers. I ended up having my wife sew up the hole in the basket. If you look at my other image you can see where she sewed up the hole. Filter works fine, but like I said, this is an expensive item and I should be able to expect quality. I do recommend the robot. Just keep in mind the 2 year warranty is not a complete warranty and good luck with their customer support if you need it. ***Update 6-27-2019*** After my review went public I the company responded to my comment almost immediately. I emailed them at the email address they gave in the response to my comment. They apologized for the lack of customer support during my initial attempts to reach out to them and they sent me a new filter to replace the one that had damage when I got the product new. So apparently I was just unlucky when I first tried to reach them. Since writing the review my experience with their customer service has been stellar. I still think the warranty statement for the product on Amazon needs to be clarified, but because of the great customer service I finally got I'm not going to remove any points for that. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. But all in all the product works great and customer service took quickly took care of the issue once I was able to reach them.

Gets stuck on drain everytime. No real world fix from Maytronics.
I had high hopes for this pool cleaner as an update to my Dolphin Triton that died a few weeks ago after only 3 years of use. The E30 promised better Wi-Fi connectivity and smarter navigation, so I shelled out the cash thinking it'd be a seamless upgrade for my inground pool. Boy, was I wrong—this thing is a total lemon. The first use was promising: it picked up about 75% of the leaves scattered across the pool floor and filled the basket to the brim, which had me optimistic for easy maintenance ahead. But starting the next use, it turned into a nightmare. No matter where I drop it in—shallow end, deep end, middle of the pool—it beelines straight for one of the drains like it's magnetized to it. Within about 15 minutes, it's stuck, wheels spinning futilely. I've tried repositioning it mid-cycle, or turning off the pump. Nothing works. It literally seeks out that drain every single time, as if the "smart" mapping is broken and fixated on self-sabotage. I reached out to Maytronics support, hoping for a firmware update or quick fix. Their "solution"? Modify my pool's drain so the robot bumps off it. Are you kidding me? Spend hundreds on a premium cleaner, and they want me to hack my own pool infrastructure? Fix your robot, folks! This isn't innovative engineering; it's lazy design that ignores basic real-world pool setups. At this point, I'm returning it and, after the Triton dying after only 3 years and now this debacle, looking only for non-Dolphin/Maytronics products. Save your money and stick with something proven—or at least one that doesn't hunt down its own kryptonite. Major disappointment from a brand I trusted. 1 star only because zero isn't an option.

I use this in my in ground pool which is 10x20 and it is a huge time saver. We are heavily tree covered and had to vacuum the pool daily, but now the E10 does all the hard work. Very basic 1 button operation does a 1.5hr clean, usually gets it all but any missed spots I just press it again for another round of cleaning. The basket is easily emptied. Best investment for any pool owner; I would buy a Maytronics again. My only dislike is the cord can block debris on the surface from getting picked up by the skimmer but otherwise a great cleaner.

Bought a lot of different items to clean my above ground pool. This is where it now stops. Works Superfantastic!!! Very happy!

I STRONGLY SUGGEST CONSIDERING ANOTHER BRAND! Avoid Dolphin/Maytronics as their post sale service and warranty claim is impossible. I bought this pool vacuum about a year ago, worked great but it suddenly stopped working last week. I thought it'd be no big deal as it's under warranty, but I was very wrong. I tried to call customer service but no one answers, I tried contacting them by email, got one response instructing me to follow a link to get it repaired. I'm unable to complete the form in the link as it requires a USA address and I'm located in Canada. Responded to the email again but did not get any response. It's been over a week, and their website claims they will respond "within 2 business days" I honestly regret purchasing from this company, its the middle of summer and I have no way to claim my warranty, or even get a response out of them. They have no sense of urgency and their service is horrible considering the price you pay for their products

Love this robot, clean pool now become very easy, better than wireless robot as you don't have to charge and don't have to worry about out of battery, just plug in and use. My pool is in ground with shallow and deep areas, this robot can handle that very well climb between them. It cannot climb very high on the wall, but can climb a bit. The in package regular filter works on leaves and debris very well, but for small dust, recommend buy a compatible fine filter.

I ended up returning the Dolphin E10 (2025 Model) unopened after realizing that it does not clean the waterline, which was a key feature I needed. I’ve previously owned the Dolphin Nautilus CC, which worked well for about two years before water entered the unit and caused it to fail. While I appreciate Dolphin’s innovation in pool cleaning, I feel that more robust quality control is needed, especially given the cost of these units. Come on, Dolphinian team—let’s see better sealing and longevity for these otherwise promising devices. That said, I still give 4 stars because the brand generally performs well when it works, and the return process was smooth.
