Very well-made. It might be cheap in price, but it feels and weighs like a real butterfly knife that I remember from back in the 80s when I was a teenager playing around with them. My 11-year-old made one the other day out of Legos and he was flipping it around, trying to look cool. I felt bad for him because it obviously wasn’t as functional so I found this product and ordered it for him to play with. I don’t let him take it to school, but even if he did, I don’t think you get in trouble… Hopefully.

I pulled it out in a court room to make sure I was looking my best for the judge and immediately was tackled by an officer and tazed by another. They didn’t even give me a chance to explain because it could do all the tricks and everything. They didn’t even notice it was a comb until after I got to ride in a police cruiser. Definitely would buy another one because they confiscated mine.

It does what its intended to do although out of the box its pretty stiff you need to loosen it. I actually did end up tearing the screw so I cant unscrew it now. The latch came off first day but that doesn't matter too much. Its actually made it backward the safe handle is the bite handle. If your looking for a cool gadget or wanna try using one of these its a pretty decent starting Bali song. I haven't really used the comb but I'm guessing it isn't the best. Great for what it is.

It would be a great trainer if there wasn’t an annoying safety mechanism. I’m all for safety, but this trainers mechanism is a small strip of metal that can connect the two handles and prevent the blade from coming out accidentally. Problem is, it’s loud/sqeaky and will get in the way of your tricks. Since it is just swinging there freely, while the blade is in motion it will sometimes swing back and get in the way of the handles closing as shown in the second picture. There also doesn’t seem to be an easy way to get it off.
