Microwavable Heated Neck Wrap Warmer and Shoulder Weighted Heating Pad Microwave for Hot and Cold Compress

This wrap is soft and stays warm for a long time. I had to keep it in the microwave a little bit longer than suggested Although it is advertised for the neck and shoulders, I have also used it for the lower back.

Great size and fabric is soft and comfortable. Well made heatwrap.

Love and works great stays hot longer than expected

Stays warm for at least 20 minutes. Takes longer to warm up than stated. I do 2-1 minute timers and shake it around in between heatings.

Nicely weighted, holds warmth well, supportive and comfortable.

I have been using hot packs for many years and I used to sell a different brand when I owned a day spa. The one I sold was very scented and took a while to calm down so it wasn't too strong. This hot pack is unscented, which I actually love! We use it for my little chihuahua and so having no smell is good. I would think in many cases you may want an unscented hot pack, especially if you are sensitive to smell, as they can be extremely strong. This is a great size and folds in half nicely to fit in the microwave. You could use it in so many areas, neck, back, for cramps, really anywhere and the fabric is good for staying in place. I have seen the many reviews stating it burned in the microwave and I am telling you it is user error! If the fabric/hot pack touches the side of the microwave, even slightly it can cause it to burn. You always want to make sure you have it in the center and not able to touch the sides. You also want to be sure, for the first couple of time you heat it up that you do it in small increments! Start with 30 second time and then put it back in for another 30 seconds, etc. until you reach the desired heat. Once it is established you will be able to do one time and get the heat you want. I am finding with this one 1 minute and 45 seconds is a nice heat. It is also a moist heat but not overly wet. The quality is really nice, the velvet material also helps that when heated it doesn't feel overly moist. And the removable cover...the greatest detail! I love that you can take it off to wash it! I had so many things happen to other hot packs I have had that didn't have that feature and I literally had to throw them away because I couldn't wash them. So this is a great feature! Don't be scared by the other reviews saying it caught on fire...just be mindful of how you place it in the microwave and how long you put it in for.

I love this thing. I use it every day. Quality design, has lasted me over a year. You just need to make sure there is no oil or moisture in the microwave or on it, as my last one got destroyed due to this and then being microwaved too long and burning / melting. It feels so calming and soothing relaxing on the shoulder and neck muscles. Great gift as well. It's like a weighted blanket for the shoulders. Very grounding.

Overall this product was good. The materials inside make it very flexible and formable to different body parts. No strong smell, and not easily burned like some of the other ones. My one complaint is its ability to hold heat. The heat pack warms nicely, but does unfortunately lose heat a bit quicker than some of its competitors out there (when heated the same way amount of time)

Works well. But it is smaller than I anticipated.

I received mine yesterday and used it that night to try to warm up my ice block feet in bed. I followed the heating instructions and started with 60 seconds and did two more rounds at 30 seconds each. Climbed into bed and laid it across my feet and it was heaven. I fell asleep faster cuz my ice blocks didn't keep waking me up! The velvet cover is really soft and comforting. I took the cover off for heating and then put it back on before I used it. Super happy with this purchase.

It’s really good but be careful not to wear it on the tag’s side. The heated tag burned my back.
