I have taken all kinds of supplements with no change or improvement. But with these, I could tell a difference in 3 days with a reduction of the dribbles/frequency when used in conjunction with my medication. But I am not sure if it is the D Mannose of the Hibiscus that works on the brain synapses but it does help.
