If you're adding any electrical components to your car or boat, these are a must have. Big box stores want $5 or more for a few feet of the same gauge wire and those have thinner insulation. These come with quality copper wiring surrounded in a thick protective insulation layer. The wire works great with either quick crimp, screw nut, or soldering connections. I have used this wire for radio, amp, pa system, cb, fog lights and probably half a dozen other add-ons in my car with no issues. Using a multi-meter, these have almost no resistance over a 10 feet section so power isn't getting wasted by low quality copper.

Not a bad price for 100ft of wire. Works well for low amperage led lights.

these are copper clad aluminum ,not solid copper. they work out ok for the small jobs, i would not however trust them to major jobs.

The wire was great. I wired in 8 LED light bars for my fire departments squad truck. The wire was easy to work with and cut just the same as the expensive stuff. Don't be a tool and leave a bad review simply because YOU don't know how to properly read the description!! Its not rated as AWG wire, it runs small. I knew I needed 18 AWG to wire in the light bars and ordered this stuff in a 14 GA and it was spot on!! Pay attention to detail and you wont have an issue.

There were some talks about size or gauge of wire. But these wires seemed well made. Had not have any issues with them for general automotive usage
