The vitamins do not bother my stomach.

It provided me with sufficient energy for most of the day as I am 60. I would have preferred a little more. Its easy to swallow.

Very good. Pick me up better then coffee, great for those who are going through premenopause/menopause. Mood uplifted, easy to swallow even tho they are large pills. If you have small throat I would recomend it to brake it in half. If one or many came broken its still good to take, the packaging is great too, nothing came broken. I bought those before in person many many ages ago. Sure bought them broken, it doesnt mean they are bad, it depends how they are been handles in boxes. I used to work as a retailer so I know it is normal. Makes your day go positive not negative. Great to take on empty stomach.

Huge fan of these multivitamins. There’s nothing like New Chapter’s fermentation techniques for better absorption. I can even take them in the morning with tea and never get an upset stomach, which is a big win. I feel more energy when I take them and notice better digestion overall.
