These knee supports really work. We do a lot of squats and lunges in our classes and my knees were becoming so sore I'd almost reached the stage where I couldn't do them. I wear my knee supports for all my classes and my knees have recovered. They are the best bit of additional kit I've bought and well worth the money.

I am very happy with the compression these provide and great knee support. They work almost too well, since my knee pain is pretty much gone while squatting and lunging with these. Sounds strange, but pain is a signal. So, if you are looking for something that provides good knee support and good compression, I'd recommend these. They recommend to hand wash, but I have washed them in a machine twice, but air dried. I do not want them to shrink.
