Pretty okay
Arrived packaged very well. Product does work as intended, although the flip switch is very finnicky. Sometimes I have to hold my fingers on the switch for it to remain on. Otherwise, light is extremely bright and it did help tone down my leg pain after a hard gym day.Overall, 3.2/5 stars.

Decent quality, Great value for the money - Still going strong 2 years later
I wanted to try some experiments with this technology. I'm an electronics designer, and I started pricing out the parts and equipment to build a device like this to see if I could get some results of the red light therapy. Because I had to buy the parts at retail volume, my personal DIY device would have cost over $200 in parts and materials. This device is obviously built to a price point, but the compromises don't hurt the efficiency as long as you stay within its limitations. First, it is probably a bit fragile, as the plastic is thin, but it is correctly molded, and all the parts fit properly. I opened it up to look inside, and it is a bit flimsy, but properly executed. All the parts fit, and no stripped screws or bad workmanship. The heart of the unit is a big metallic PC Board with the LEDs installed in a matrix pattern. I scanned the IR LEDs with my iPhone camera, and they are producing a detectable amount of illumination. Without knowing part numbers, I have no way of knowing the actual wavelength or power level emitted. The red LEDs are SUPER bright, and I am very impressed at how much light this thing emits.Operation is reliable. It does get warm after about 10 minutes, but it never reaches any kind of high temperature that poses any risk of melting the plastic or damaging the LEDs. The cord is a little short, at about 5 feet long. It is easily replaced, however, as it plugs into a two-prong "Figure-8" socket on the side of the device. The power switch is on the cord, and well, it does what is expected. There are four small D-rings in the middle of each of the four back edges for hanging, which makes it possible to rig up a lot of different ways to support it, The device comes with a pre-packaged set of 4 wire ropes with small snap hooks to attach to the D-rings on the back of the unit. I haven't used them, so I won't say anything more about them, except that as light as this unit is, they seem completely adequate to support it, should you wish to mount it using these. Otherwise, you can use any typical method you would use to hang a picture on the wall. Or you can hold it in your hands, prop it against a wall, or lay it directly on your body while laying in the bed or on the floor. It's light, and most treatments are short enough that hand-held is perfectly feasible.I've been using it off and on for two years, and I have no complaints. It works well for me, and at a cost of almost nothing compared to what I was expecting to spend. I will update with pictures later.

Awesome
I have some good quality red lights for therapy, but this one is definitely the most substantial. I love the size of it for the price. Super fast shipment. Good quality. Strong and durable. Good deal.

Red light therapy is so good for you
I use them all the time. They are great for sore muscles. This box is plastic housing, works great. The heat is so penetrating. I always feel tons better after about 20 min after using. it's healthy non-medicinal therapy for your body. I encourage everyone to research it. These lights can be hung up. 0-30 cm from effected area is suggested. Love them
