Very useful yet compact to have on the go

I was stolen my Utensils when I had lunch time. I had used them for many years. I'm SO glad Amazon store had them. I purchased them immediately. These are portable utensils wherever you have lunch. There is a silicone case you can put folk, knife and spoon. The case is stretchy and flexible, you can put them in. I am so happy that I can use them again.!!!!

I did use these about a half of dozen times if not more. There are a few attributes that are great. Others that are not so good. I was not happy with this, but someone else might like this set. To cut to the chase, I am going to tell you what I didn't like. Flatware - the feel of the flatware is rough, like the steel is stamped and unfinished. On the first use the edges are rough, almost sharp. For someone with soft hands, it might hurt. Also, the knife has that odd bend to it. I get why it is done, but I don't think it is necessary. Holder - although the silicone is a good idea, the design lacks in full thought. When using the flatware where do you put it when you travel? You put the dirty flatware inside the holder. So you want to wash the holder. And it is hard to get inside the holder to wash it. You can not turn the holder inside out. I put mine in the dishwasher. And here is another issue. There is only 1 drain to drain out the water. If I was to design this, the holder would turn inside out to clean. And there would be 4 holes to drain water. On the plus side, I will add that these do the job well. They are strong enough to hold up to use. I use them to cut up a chicken. Even through the joints of the bones. And as I have larger hands (I'm 6 foot tall), I can use them fine where other pairs can be too small. I think I have said enough

I travel a fair amount, so a nice set of utensils makes for a good amenity for the times when one eats in the hotel room. The are well made , hefty, and come with compact carrying case. The package works well.
