This seller is very interactive and helpful. My unit came broken although in the packaging and box was is good condition. Stuff like this can happen with natural, porous, yet solid formulations like this. Probably this particular one had hairline fracture and... You know the rest! However, seller was very responsive and helpful in the setting of the Amazon warehouse to send me a replacement!🩵👌🏾 Got the new product and all was well, make sure to carefully air dry, in a still location and place in its sack each time after use.

First I would start by saying I would give this 0 stars if I could. I’ve been using this product for two weeks an see no change. It said with your first use you will see a change. Well I’ve used it 4 times an see nothing different. It’s a waste of your money an time. I would not recommend this to anyone. All of the comments on here have to be from people working for the company just to make sells. So I’m here to tell y’all I would not waste my money on a product that has no outcome. I’m very disappointed that I fell for the comments an thought maybe it’s true an it works. But I was very wrong an had to find out the hard way. Will never purchase this product again.

This was a great creation and was just what I needed at 49!

I thought I made the best purchase of the year, much more than I expected. I am really happy and Highly recommended for women after giving birth to a child!! Update: July 2024. I got second one. At first I didn't know how to use it, but it comes with a small instruction manual. After wetting the white stick with water, insert it and move it around for a minute. I do it before showering and wash the outside as usual, as it tingles a bit if I leave it on. It's like a wax that repels water and increases friction. I have trouble with too much moisture, so it's just fine, but that's why I might not recommend it for someone who dries out. Then a white tissue-like crumb will peel off and come out, I don't mind. But be careful, because it gives a very strong sour taste.

This did work. Then a few days later I had blood clots randomly out of nowhere and a lot of them! Idk if this is why but it’s the only thing I used different

Packaging was super descrete which was nice! Great quality and comes with storage bag (though the box it comes in is super cool too). Perfect size as well.
