We have a winner!!!
I am definitely not someone who likes spending time baking but I've been having some tummy issues with store bought breads and was running out of options. I came across this and the ingredients in the mix looked agreeable and I had the add-ins on hand so I took a chance. Super quick and easy to mix up and dump into the bread pan (I used parchment paper vice greasing) and although I'm not sure why this is how it baked up ... it was cooked perfectly and tastes really good. The most mild hint of sweetness which may be from the ACV? Anyway - both my husband and I like it and it doesn't bother my tummy. We have a winner!!

Fantastic!!
I recently came across these products at the grocery store. Only after I inhaled the entire pumpkin loaf over 2 days and went back for more did I realize I'd paid a whopping $9.99 for one box. Glad I didn't notice that when I bought it or I wouldn't have tried this product. Amazon was a little cheaper and had a variety of the muffin mixes so I ordered those and the 3 pack of artisan bread. While I wish it was a little cheaper it's high quality simple ingredients plus ease and taste have me beyond pleased with this product! Due to some health issues I can't have: soy, yeast, gluten, has to be low in, sugar, fat as well as low in carbs plus higher in protein and oh yeah I'm a vegetarian. Yeah, I"m that person LOL. So finding things that fit in that area is extremely annoying and challenging. I'm so excited to have so many more options with the Simple Mill products! I don't follow directions well so I swapped out the eggs for egg whites and instead of oil in both the bread and muffins used unsweetened applesauce. It worked amazing and no the bread did not come out apple-y or sweet! Additionally for the muffins I added a heaping scoop of chocolate plant based protein powder + some almond milk to keep it moist. I did that with both the chocolate muffins and the pumpkin loaf. The pumpkin loaf came out like a moist delicious pumpkin pie textured bread. With some experimenting I'm sure you could swap the eggs out too if you need to make it all plant based. Overall the taste and textures have been wonderful. I can't wait to make flat bread pizzas! Oh how I've missed pizza... I'll definitely be ordering more and trying the other varieties. I work in a busy nutrition center and have been highly recommending these to our patients. So happy I found them, thank you! :D

Crisp and Tasty
These are my favorite gluten-free crackers. A bit on the too-salty side if you eat too many ... but that can help one with restraint, cuz like potato chips, you can't eat just one, haha! Nice with cheese because they don't overwhelm the flavor of what you top them with.

This is an ok four for grain free
This is an ok four for grain free. I really like this brand but this particular product tastes a lot like almonds. Maybe if you added some sugar it would taste better. All good quality products, good consistency. The recipe was easy to use and it made a good sized loaf.

Affordable, healthy, and taste great
UPDATE: Taking a few stars off my rating. I'm really upset they increased the price. It's $10 now for one box instead of $6. It also increased on their site, $7.99 on the company's website not including shipping. I'm not sure why the sudden price increase but that's pretty significant when I just bought this less than a month ago for almost half the price.I just got this in the mail an hour ago and already whipped up some bagels (recipe on their website) and wow. One box made 10 bagels, could have gotten 12 if I made them smaller, which is pretty inexpensive at almost 50 cents each, compared to other gluten free bagels on the market that are $1-$3 per serving.I was too scared to try the dough plain since it smelled extremely vinegar-y so I threw in some garlic, parlsey, poppy seeds, salt and pepper, and 1/2 cup of cheese. I didn't need all of it though because the vinegar completely baked out. They taste like cheddar bay biscuits. The dough would make great cinnamon bagels too. The texture is like bread and not grainy or dry either. Also, the nutritional value of these is a lot better than typical bagels. For 10 bagels plus the cheese I added, they're 148 calories each, 15 g of carbs, 2.4 g of fiber, and 5 g of protein.I plan on buying this in bulk now and using it to just make bagels. I don't have a loaf pan but I have a donut pan and it's nice because the bread is portioned out and the bagels can also be used for sandwiches, snacks, like a dinner roll, or even topped like a pizza bagel. It gives you all the satisfaction of eating bread without actually eating any grains or gluten. And I was able to make them in under 30 minutes.

Pleasant bread and very versatile
This has become my go to for bread. I am gluten free due to rheumatoid arthritis. This has no stabilizers and no psyllium, which I am allergic to. It is economical. I use avocado oil and pasteurized egg whites to control the cholesterol. My only suggestion is that when cleaning up, before washing, wipe down bowls and utensils to remove any remaining batter. Tapioca can clog drains. Of course, avoid if you have nut allergies. The bread can also be grated to use as bread crumbs.

This is so good!!!
For being a grain free clean bread, it is so good!!! Love the whole ingredients! Easy to make and tastes delicious! Doesn’t fall apart. Closest I’ve come to processed bread, but it’s good for you. Comes out more like a beer bread and is a little richer than store bought bread, which I think makes it even better. Slight graininess but honestly once you either toast it or make a sandwich, you don’t notice it at all. Would highly recommend!
