High Hopes
I hate returning stuff, I prefer to set it next to my computer where I place orders from to remind me to read the reviews the next time. This is a fascinating piece, targeting a very real problem, but smashes the pills worse than a cheap drug store cutter. It is well made, and the advertisement that it will never get dull, is correct because it is not sharp in the first place. I have tried several different cutters to try and accurately split them because of the extreme cost of the little blue pills. The main problem is the odd shape of the pill, which this cutter does hold well, but in the end you end up with a significant pile of powdered pill residue.

but it is pretty useless for Cialis
I can't speak to the effectiveness with Viagra, but it is pretty useless for Cialis. It does have a better "blade", however it doesn't hold the odd shaped Cialis tablets. You can cut them in half with some degree of success, but trying to cut into quarters is next to impossible. There are blades on the top and bottom. This means you have to balance the Cialis tablet while you slam it shut. So this review pertains to people look into purchasing this for use with Cialis. Not worth the huge price tag.

Not as good as advertising would have you believe.
Like another reviewer, I had high hopes too. Yeesh! I tried halving and quartering 100mg Viagras, and was disappointed. The $5 cheapie I bought at Walmart does a cleaner job than this thing. This thing doesn't actually 'cut' the pills... more like crush/break them, and not as accurately as the advertising touts. It IS well-machined, on a CNC, I'm guessing. But the 'cutting edges' are pretty blunt. Among other things at my workplace, I'm a CNC operator (a roomful of Fadals and one lonely SuperMax), so I know the 'cutting edges' could have been machined to be more sharp.Oh wel... back to Walmart for a fresh $5 cheapie.

it actually does a perfect job every time
I've used various pill cutters (average cost $15 ea.) all claiming to cut Viagra pills in, but had no success without having uneven halves or crumbling pills. While this one seems expensive, it actually does a perfect job every time, if the directions are followed. I suggest interested buyers skip the other so called Viagra cutters, buy the bullet and buy this "expensive one", it truly does a great job!!! See the picture..

If you follow the direction it works very nice and is very easy and practical to use
If you follow the direction it works very nice and is very easy and practical to use. It has been made very well and I believe it will last indefinitely. It has been made with strong material and the cutting mechanism is as best as you can make to cut this triangle pill. If you don't apply too much pressure, the cut will be very nice. I definitely recommend it.

Haven't figured it out yet. I keep smashing the pills instead of cutting them. That does not happen with my "Walgreens" $2.99 cutter.

Solid cutter
It does not make a perfect razor cut but it's a solid well made dependable cutter that will last forever and it also looks nice

Better than sliced bread !
Great product. Works just as promised. I had tried a couple of the major pharmacy pill cutters but, they simply did not hold up. This product is consistent and accurate. Very well built. I'm sure that I will have it for a long time.
