Pro-Line Original Hair Food, 4.5 Ounce (200010)

I have gone through more hair dressings than I could count. I noticed that with cream dressings my hair looked dry and dull. We always had a jar of hair food in the house when I was growing up. After much frustration with everything from curl enhancers to heat protectant I decided to go back to this.best decision I’ve made in months. After washing my hair, I applied it while my hair was wet and blew it dry on low heat (no protectant needed.) when dry, I applied a little more as I sectioned it off and made twists. My very thick hair tangles easily. This gives it enough slip to make it silky and sleek without puffing up. My hair looks healthy and shiny. I’m not an expert on ingredients, but I do appreciate how this grease is light and easy to apply. The price is reasonable. The smell is different, but it doesn’t bother me.

Smells good, feels good and keeps my scalp from drying out. Just a little in the palm of my hand goes a long way. I use this with Alberto VO 5. A little dab will do ya. First I apply the VO 5 with a moisture of water, then the Hair Food. Great results. My hair looks healthy and stays where I want it. Just remember, not too much.

It doesn't smell the same as a dick back in the day but the texture is still the same, amazing.
