Restaurant Quality at Home
I’ve wanted to make pho at home for ages, especially now that it’s getting colder. This powder delivers an unbelievably delicious broth that rivals restaurant quality. While a true restaurant broth is simmered for hours on bones and is likely more nutritious, this mix hits the spot perfectly. I don’t drink the broth on its own because it’s a powder, so it doesn’t offer the same health benefits as a bone‑based stock. However, the flavor is outstanding. It’s super easy to use just add water and you can scale the batch from a single bowl to 10 or even 20 bowls. I made a ten‑bowl batch, froze the broth, and now pull out portions every few days to make beef pho. The convenience and consistent quality are phenomenal. Pros: - Restaurant‑level taste - Easy, quick preparation - Scalable from 1 to 20 bowls - Freezes well for future meals Cons: - Lacks the nutritional benefits of a bone‑based broth Overall, this pho powder is a game‑changer for home cooks who want authentic flavor without the long simmer.

Best pho soup base in the market!
This is my about favorite pho base and its so easy to use! I add it to so many soups and it gives such a cozy flavor (instead of the artificial flavors from other brands) This is my second time purchasing, went through the first batch in 6 months! Totally worth it, 100 percent recommend!

Slightly fishy scent, but awesome flavor with no fishy taste.
LOL, not sure how they pulled that off, but this stuff is delicious, even though it smells a little fishy. Once it's in the water and you add your other ingredients, it's just tasty with depth of flavor. I got this to make quick warm meals at home. I dump in some sort of left over protein, a few veggies and rice noodles or cold rice. I frequently make bone broth and will add a little to really enhance the flavor. I'm very happy with the quality and think it's a good value for the money.

original taste
I bought this product based on a recommendation from my Vietnamese friend. I use it to make broth by boiling water with ginger and onions, then adding this product. It makes the broth taste even better. If you add beef directly to the broth, it turns red, so it's better to lightly cook the beef in a separate pot and then mix it in. It tastes better than most restaurants.

Great beef pho base
Amazing Pho Beef Base, this is my second time purchasing and it tastes exactly like the restaurant broth. Toast some ginger and onions to enhance your broth and have restaurant quality pho in the comfort of home.

Makes a darn good pho
The pho recipe that works for me: this stuff, noodles, onions, beef, Chinese five spice, garlic, ginger, ground cloves, nutmeg, a tiny bit of cinnamon, and plenty of MSG. Tastes like the restaurants. Measurements follow the guidence of your ancestors. Good luck.

Delicious taste, awful smell
This stuff is phenomenal. Agree with all the other comments about the smell; it’s smells so fishy I almost didn’t try it, but I powered through. And man, I’m so glad I did. It tastes just like the local Vietnamese restaurant I order pho from. 10/10, highly recommend, but don’t smell the powder!
