great chair but some issues with packing
chair is great, good features worth its money but no labels, or manual, i could've broken the handles or the head rest. packing is terrible i received it wrapped but when i opened it i saw some dents on the back of the chair. when i pay large amounts i expect perfect condition as new but this came to me as used.
