Love these.

Good set of cards. Nice way to reflect on God’s goodness whilst playing games with the family. I lost at snap as I was too focused on looking at who featured on the card instead of the number - children were pleased by this, bonus feature!

Good. Would be even better if they while slightly larger

I am not particularly religious myself but my mother is so I got these for her to take to her church group. The focus of a lot of religious study often tends to be on the men of the bible, so it's an interesting change to focus on the women. The cards themselves are about the same size as playing cards. The card is a little on the thin side so I wouldn't recommend letting younger kids go through these as they could easily be damaged/creased etc. They do, however, come in a nice thick and sturdy box that can be used for storage. Much better than a flimsy box that usually comes with playing cards. There are multiple ways to use the cards. You can simply read the bible character cards and look up the relevant bible passages to learn and study more, or you can use the extra yellow cards and play a game where you guess which characteristic matches which female bible character. Interesting to learn about the different women of the bible in a positive light, even if you aren't particularly religious. The price is too high for me. The cards are quite thin and the "game" aspect is fairly limited for 13.99 at time of order. If you feel you want to explore another angle of bible study though, these may be worth it to you.

An interesting set of good quality cards .

The concept of a “Bible legend” Character deck of playing cards (diverse Bible Characters, Stories and Encouraging Bible Verses) in principle is great but for me, they’ve not quite pulled this off although made a good attempt! The description states the deck features 20 bible characters - Images of 7 of those are provided on Amazon’s page. If your main focus is on Bible characters, the selection of only 20 is very limited and subjective. Obviously, some key characters have been omitted e.g. Noah, Isaac, Jacob, The font size for the stories on these character cards is very small and I need a magnifying glass to read them. I don’t have a problem with cartoon depiction of characters nor a fun take. However, I must agree with previous reviewers’ comments that the card picture representing Jesus is very weird and “looks alien” - a character wearing a pale hoodie, with a blue skin face and blue praying hands. Whilst Jesus was fully God, He was fully human and no need for Him to look abnormal in the way they’ve depicted Him. Very irreverent I can’t see why they could’ve just clothed Him in blue or something, if they wanted to symbolise the colour blue! A couple of other characters also look "odd". I do like the remaining Scripture cards (sample images provided on Amazon’s page) . The font size on those is OK. The overall quality is good for a standard poker sized playing card. Would I recommend this product? Only if you’re wanting an unusual deck of playing cards and you can overlook the “blue alien” Jesus!

These cards are durable and cope well with regular shuffling and playing. The designs aren’t too bad. I would like to see a more modern pack of biblical cards but these aren’t too bad. This is a bit of an odd product but I love an unusual item and it made the card game a bit different.

Great game if you want to learn more about the women in the Bible

Oh, I loveeeee the idea of this Christian card game. So beautiful, thoughtful, inspirational... I really can continue. When I opened it up, the "a letter for you" was there, but I didn't read it immediately because I was eager to see the cards. The first card on top was the joker and the Bible verse on it is beautiful... Genesis 50:20! I later read the letter, and I love that as well. I plan to buy more and gift them to our church members. Another review on here said the cards are small; I ABSOLUTELY DISAGREE. They’re standard size game cards. Thanks for a great product.

The cards are thick and don’t bend easily, great great quality. Love the scriptures. Love the card game in general it’s also an easy way to memorize scripture.
