I have two kitties and one loves this the other doesn't even look at it. They have different personalities I suppose. Toy is well made and it can withstand rough kitty games.

My 2 cats watched it for 5 minutes then walked away. It makes too much noise flopping on laminate flooring. It flops for 30 seconds or so, then it stops until your cat touches it. Not just a light touch, but it has to be pretty firm to get it to flop again. This one didn't come with catnip like the other flipping fish sold here either.

I personally want to give the more stars because it’s genius and rechargeable!! I love that it’s a flopping fish, cats are supposed to want to catch it and hunt it. Well not my cat .. not sure if it was the noise (it’s not quietest thing in the world there is obviously noise from the tail flipping) or the vibration but my cat watched it from a far terrified. I will try to reintroduce it and see if my scaredy-cat will come around. Until then due to my cat’s review I had to dock one precious star.
