I’ve been having zero energy for at least two years or more now and have not been able to get any help from my doctors. So I decided to take it into my own hands and conduct a little research by reading up on Vitamins and Minerals and talking to people who use some of them. I’ve had CoQ10 recommendations from several people in the past that was suffering similar or same issues but never acted on it until recently and I could kick myself for waiting so long. It doesn’t cure my problems with lack of energy, but has improved it quite a bit for some days. So until I find something that will help me even more and every day, I will be taking this, because I don’t want to just merely exist, but actually live my life. The quality and taste is not bad; I don’t need everything covered with sugary things to make it more palatable for me; I prefer just to get something with a good performance record and that is easy to take.

The heart needs CoQ10. When we're young, up to about age twenty-five, the heart makes its own CoQ10. But from twenty-five on, it's all downhill. (I know, I hate that fact, too.) Our immune systems begin to weaken, gravity begins to take its toll on our looks, and the heart slows its own production of CoQ10. So, I'm very happy EZ Melts makes a CoQ10 that's easy to take because I am not a fan of huge pills. I do know the CoQ10 is getting into my system because I have my vitamin, etc., levels tested approximately every six months. At least once a year. Sure, this can taste a little gritty or chalky, but remember, it's a supplement; it's not candy. I really don't feel the need for water to wash mine down, but if you do, a few swallows will do the trick. Your heart keeps you alive. Do it a favor and take this CoQ10 to help keep it healthy. If you're a cardiac patient, however, I wouldn't recommend you take anything without first consulting with your physician. This is a supplement for those of us who are already healthy; it's not meant to cure any already existing problems.

Can’t tell if it helps my heart. But feel I should take the supplement. Not bad tasting. It’s chalky. Not great. But not a capsule.

Great tasting supplement that’s easy to take. I am not great at swallowing pills so this is a perfect alternative. Was recommended to take COQ10 for egg quality.

Used with G-Tube feeding. Normally have to grind up any pills or medication and dissolve in water. This pill can be dropped in a glass of water, and it will dissolve on its own. You can smell the orange scent of the pill.
