Are these intented to be resuable?

to help see where the number is that you need to use... my drug store puts a tiny piece of tape on the syringe and then marks the line with a fine tip sharpie. even with this eventually the numbers and the tape come off when rinsed in cold water. especially if the medication in it has almond oil any oily substance.

Are these available in a .5ml capacity? I need dosing syringes with a finer graduation than a 1ml provides

The 1ml syringes are what I use. You only have to fill them halfway and there are markings on the outside displaying the contents. It is easy to see the .5ml marking.

Where can I buy these caps?

I don’t believe this particular open ended syringe has another capped version. I had to buy another brand on Amazon and saved the caps to use on this brand. Maybe you could contact the company and ask them.
