Solid build quality; easy assembly; excellent performance
I'm very happy with this Gorilla Cart. As with other Gorilla Cart products I've owned, the overall build quality is excellent. All the welds are solid, the tires are of good quality, and even the fasteners are top notch. Assembly is very straightforward, with all the fasteners grouped by assembly step. I'd rate the assembly as 100% frustration-free. The manufacturer does an excellent job of packaging the cart, with care taken to avoid items shifting in transit and becoming damaged. Even the threads on the frame studs are protected by rubber covers to avoid damage in transit. Very well done! Maneuverability is excellent. I'm not coming close to the listed capacity of 800 pounds, but given how it performs with a few hundred pounds I don't doubt the listed capacity. A very handy tool to have, and an excellent value, especially if you can catch it on a price dip. But even at the usual price, the better build quality and the much easier assembly process make it, for me, a strong value compared with other brands I considered. Five stars.

Such a good investment! 2nd purchase.
Boy...for the price of this thing and how much I used it in 5 years, I really got my money's worth buying this cart. I'm buying a replacement because I put the first one through hell and it finally gave out. The weld on the bottom of the handle broke...and with good reason. For years I have been cutting down small trees/shrubs and using this cart to move them. I used it constantly and filled it over the brim all the time. It just kept taking every load and going. Then we had a hurricaine and a bunch oak trees fell. I was carting HEAVY pieces of trees, way over the weight limit, for months. I can't believe it lasted as long as it did. Over its 5-year lifetime of heavy-duty use, I think I replaced 3 tires and everything else held up until I started dropping the heavy oak tree trunk pieces in it. Then a couple welds on the bottom started to break before the handle broke. This cart isn't meant for that kind of hauling. This cart has been so useful in managing our large property, I cannot even tell you. I pulled it by hand sometimes, but moreso with the atv. Very convenient. I'd just put the handle right over the ball hitch and go. It can haul alot...even my husband and dog sitting together in the back:) i never really had a need to put the sides down for what i was using it for. Very simple to put together- maybe 10 min for a handy person up to 30 min if you've never handled a wrench. The instructions are great and all the pieces packed neatly. Don't hesitate to buy. This is a great price for a quality item if you need to do some yard hauling. It's a joy to use!

Decent wagon. Few tweaks would make it top notch.
Ok, first and foremost. This is nice wagon. It seems very sturdy and I'm sure I'll get plenty of use out of this for the asking price. Perhaps I'm being nit picky, but I'm taking one star off the for the following reasons. 1. Why are there so many different different sizes of nuts and bolts for the assembly of this product? Seriously figure out how to standardize more of this please. That being said the instructions have them very well labeled. 2. I'm not a fan of how the sides are made to lock onto the flat bed. They're either on or off. And when they're off you have to store them somewhere. We had hinges on another cheaper wagon such that the sides could be just flipped down when not needed. A lot more convenient. 3. This one is probably the biggest for me. The flat bed of this is very sturdy, but is NOT the solid base as shown. It's a mesh cage bottom with a very thin piece of plastic covering to make it look solid. The bottom feels very sturdy, but the cheap plastic is really not much better than just lining it with a sheet of cardboard. So if you have thoughts of hauling gravel or whatever this might not suit that purpose very well. Other than the afore mentioned weirdness of multiple bolt sizes the assembly was very straight forward with decent instructions. The wagon seems to be very sturdy. So with all of that in mind and for the price I'm taking off one star. Could be a 5 star product with a few tweaks.

Great cart for my use.
I bought this 1000 lb gray Gorilla cart mainly to use with my 9 ton Yardmax log splitter. After assembly, which was quite easy, I bolted a piece of plywood down to the floor. My log splitter is 170 lb so I didn't think the floor would be able to take the weight for very long without the plywood, which will now evenly distribute the weight. I was thankful the log splitter already had two holes at the base of the handle area for me to be able to bolt it to the floor. I don't think it's going to go anywhere. I live in the north, so I'm anxious for the spring to come so I can give my new cart and new log splitter a good workout. Will just slide the handle down on the cart, hook it up to my riding mower and off I go. I'm 73 years old so I'm not able to lug that splitter around without the cart. The splitter is now sitting at a perfect height for me to work, without killing my bad back. The Gorilla cart is a perfect match for my splitter. Couldn't be happier!

Depends on your needs; can be a great cart or just a good cart.
It's a good cart. I like that the sides can come off or be put on, as I need both functions. It sturdy enough and was easy to build. Is easy enough to maneuver once you get used to it, if you haven't used a cart like this before. It's stronger than it looks, but it's not the strongest or easiest to move cart out there. I bought the two pack, the one that came with this one and the 2 wheel Gorilla Cart GCR-4 Poly Dump Cart. It was an excellent deal for both. I needed to shovel soil and move it, so obviously the two wheel one with no holes in the bottom was also what I needed. But I had in mind that this green one would work better to move my potted plants from the garage where they overwinter, to outside in the summer. The pots are heavy and I'd like to move more than one at a time. This green one does work better than the 2 wheel one for that, because the sides are taller and help hold the pots in and the entire bottom is flat, so it can hold more plants than the 2 wheel one. I also use it to move buckets of water (with lids). So for my needs, its prefect. I got both carts and they are both great. I recommend both, but for different things. The only reason why I mention the other cart in a review of this green one is because, in general, I think the other one is overall the better one of the two. The two wheel one seems much stronger than this one, and is easier to move than this one. That one is a dump cart, so the bottom is sloped on the far end. If you want to move heavy things easily, and don't need the bottom to be totally flat, then between the two of them, the black two wheel one is the one that is actually heavy duty, in my opinion. I would call this green one medium to slightly heavy duty. I'd say that the best part is that all 4 sides can be removed if needed, put back on of needed, and the bottom is entirely flat. It all depends on your needs.

A sturdy and highly maneuverable workhorse!
I originally purchased this cart in 2019 to help transport my 80-pound elderly dog to her favorite potty area after she had a leg operation that significantly limited her mobility. I added thick bedding to the cart to ensure she could lie comfortably in it, and the removable sides offered extra security during movement. After she passed away, we repurposed the cart into a garden-hauling wagon. It has been an invaluable tool for transporting heavy gardening materials such as boulders, bags of stones, mulch, soil, cement, shrubs, and flower pots for over three years. We have a steep hill in our backyard, and this cart has been a lifesaver for moving these items uphill and downhill. The cart has performed exceptionally well; none of its parts have broken, and the tires have never lost air. My wife and I appreciate the swiveling handle design, which allows us to maneuver the wagon easily around bushes and trails. Its maneuverability and strength are its two most significant advantages. One word of caution: at one time, I left the cart outside for a while instead of storing it in the shed as I should have. This led to a few bolts and a small cart part becoming rusted. However, the corrosion was easily removed with a wire brush and rust-removing gel. I then painted the parts with Rust-Oleum In summary, it has proven to be a durable and valuable garden resource for my wife and me.

It's like a tank in my yard!
It's taken me forever to write this review, because I've been busy using my Gorilla Cart, lol! This cart is a true work horse. It's built like a tank and I treat it like one. This cart has hauled everything from propane tanks, to cement, to tree stumps and it keeps tooking along. I took and old yoga mat and retro fitted it into the bottom and sides of the cart. Super easy to do, just slit the corners, fold the excess mat around and Gorilla tape them in place. Now I can also haul compost & sand. Hey... Gorilla Tape. Maybe they're cousins, bwahaha. Ok, corney. But seriously, I do love this cart. It's been through stuff and keeps on going. I do wish it had brakes though! I live on a very hilly & rugged area and it got away once. Anyway, if your thinking of buying a cart, this is the one to buy!
