Good works well
Ive taken a lot of activated b 12 and this works well. Effects felt sooner than later..plus my blood test showed an increase, i am also able to take it on an empty stomach.

My doctor had informed me that Vit. B can help with nerve issues in the body. I was experiencing a burning sensation in my toe nail after an injury that would not let up. She also told me to pick a B vitamin that included Folate. This was a great choice. The product is very easy to take, as the pill capsule is small and easy to take. There has been no after taste for me, and I can happily report a great improvement in not only my nerve issue, but my overall health. Very happy with this specific brand, and highly recommend it. Will buy again.

I keep buying BioActive Folate and Vit B 12. They are great, giving me so much energy. Easy to use, well absorbed, not upsetting my stomach, no specific taste. Definitely recommend it.
