Easy to use, gets the job done.
I use this as part of a control system in my theater. I wanted to use something that would eliminate the need for an IR blaster to be stuck on the front of the piece of equipment I was trying to control. This got the job done and it took pry 15 minutes from start to finish to install, grab an IP and be ready to control.

3wire rs232 only
Make sure the RS232 device is a three wire or it won’t work

Excellent product. It gave life to my device not connected to internet. Support is awesome and knowledgeable.

Does not Work
It simple won't connect to virtual com port. I've tried multiple programs including the ones recommended on Global Caches support and it doesn't work. And it is beyond my return date. Piece of junk
