Very soothing. This product was recommended by my optometrist for dry eyes and they work great.

Love the drops, hate the packaging -- like so many other reviewers. It never fails, I end up blinking the moment the drop finally falls toward my eye. But I do like the actual product, it is not viscous or sticky and feels very soothing in the eye. I'll stick with these drops and deal with the clunky dispenser.

Must have for someone with dry eyes. My eye doctor suggested them and I use them every day now. I like how they are portable and easy to throw in my purse.

I’ve been dealing with dry, irritated eyes for a while especially from screen time and wearing contacts and I decided to give Refresh RELIEVA Preservative-Free Tears a try. So far, I’m really happy with the results. These lubricant eye drops are super gentle and truly soothing. The preservative-free formula is a huge plus, especially for sensitive eyes like mine. I noticed an improvement almost immediately; my eyes felt more hydrated and less scratchy within just a couple of uses. The 0.33 fl oz (10 mL) bottle is small but goes a long way since you really don’t need much. It’s perfect for keeping in your bag or at your desk. I also like that it's sterile and doesn't irritate my eyes, even with regular use. It’s been a real relief during allergy season, and also after long days staring at my computer. My only complaint—and the reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars—is the bottle design. It takes a bit of force to squeeze out a drop, and the plastic is a little stiff. This might be tricky for older folks or anyone with reduced hand strength. A softer squeeze bottle would make a big difference. All in all, though, these preservative-free eye drops do exactly what they promise. They provide real, lasting relief for dry, tired eyes and are gentle enough for daily use. I would absolutely buy these again.

I apparently now have fall hay fever at 70 years old lol. My eyes are so sore, red & have thicker tears from hay fever, that leave tears to become sticky & flaky. This is disgusting & very itchy. Really hate it. This REFRESH with NO preventives works very well at 2 times per day presently. I am ordering a second package to have on hand. BONUS: Eyes get infected easily. The lubricant can pick the infection up by touch & transference to the other eye, as once happened to me accidently. Then see an optometrist! These INDIVIDUAL small lubricant units are BEST in preventing that from happening. LOVE the Lubricant & the Individual small units. They WORK VERY WELL!

I use these drops a few times each day. I like the individual vials to for safety.

An excellent eye lubricant that is preservative-free. My cataract surgeon said this was the best choice for post-op and one that could be used every day for the rest of my life to keep my new vision in top shape. Easy to use. Highly recommended.
