SwissGear Travel Gear Scansmart Backpack 5903 - Exclusive (Heather Grey/Red)

I absolutely LOVE this backpack. It is lightweight but can carry SO much stuff. I regularly carry 2 laptops, 3 notebooks, 2 keyboards, 2 power cords, 2 mice, and a variety of other papers and such and this backpack still has SO much room left! I love the side pockets because they're exceptional for putting a water bottle in them - or you can just put something you want easy access to in that spot. The handles and straps are all very well connected, durable, and sturdy. Inside of the pouches, there are also pockets which can help to organize things. I love that the biggest compartment has 2 pockets for laptops and when one is in each pocket, the backpack still isn't bulky. There are pockets for pins, business card, computer peripherals, and just about anything you can imagine! HIGHLY recommend!!

Nice bag, would recommend it to others. A little smaller than I wanted but it works.

based on the name of the bag, you'd assume it would fit a 17" laptop, but you'd be wrong. This bag is small - I measured it and come up with 17" even - so I have no clue where this 18.5" is coming from. Other than that rather important factor, the bag itself it fairly nice. Seems durable. returned mine of course though

I bought this backpack for college to carry a few textbooks, my laptop, and my Service Dog's food, gear, and other necessary equipment. I am on campus from 8am to 8pm, so I need to carry a lot of stuff. Not only does this backpack have room for all that, it still has empty pockets! The bag is lightweight but seems fairly durable. The padding in the laptop pocket borders excessive if your laptop is also in a sleeve or case. The amount of pockets, the large and study zippers, and the lightweight material really make this backpack amazing for the price. Swiss Gear continues to impress.

Zipper for the largest compartment in the backpack broke after two months. Backpack is hazardous to wear on my back, since I don't know if the items placed in this compartment may fall out of it, so the backpack is essentially useless two months after purchase.

I found the backpack to be what I expected when I purchased it. It has plenty of space and can stand up when placed on the floor. However, one of the silver brackets at the front bottom pocket became lose. Also, the water bottles I place in the side mesh pockets easily fall out.

Awesome bag, super durable and lightweight, very roomy. I'm a design student, so I have a lot of drawing supplies to carry with me along with sketchbooks, notebooks, laptop, chargers, food, etc and I can stuff all of that into this bag. The magical thing about it is it feels like nothing on my shoulders, even with everything crowded in there.

Nice product. The tag attached to the bag states that it will hold most laptops up to 15". All in all this is a good buy but it has a deceptive name.
