Solid weight, they fit perfect.
These weights feel solid, and have an overall "quality" feel to them. The black paint feels smooth and cold. They slip on the bar very easily without a single hiccup. I'm glad I bought these, I don't feel comfortable using those bright neon colors that the other 1.25 lb plates seem to use. I bought these to microload my shoulder press (doing SL 5x5 program). My gym already had 5 lbs and 2.5 lbs, but you can't go from 60lbs press to 62.5lbs without 1.25lb plates on each side. The other option was to go 60->65->70, but I failed 70 three times in a row. Maybe I could try 60->60->65->65->70 but that just doesn't feel as good as what I can do with these 60->62.5->65->67.5->70. (Keep in mind that to load 67.5 you need to load 5lbs, then put these on, you don't need to buy 3 sets of these) [Pictures attached]

Good quality fractional plates, as promised.
For $19, these will work great. They fit on the bar, smooth finished with black paint. In the future the paint may get scratched but who cares they are weights! Comes with a little carry sack so you can keep them organized in your gym bag. I weighed them and they both came in the same at 1.4lbs, close enough! These will help my workouts tremendously, thank you!

Great micro plates. Very attractive, too!
These are of the proper weight and look great. A nice shiny finish. They fit perfectly on an Olympic bar. I don't know what other people are talking about with them not fitting or having burrs. They are smooth as glass and inexpensive. They come in a little carry bag with a drawstring, so you can discretely slide them onto the bar without the bros in the gym seeing you adding 1.25 lbs to each side. I tried them today, no one noticed, and I completed my progressive weight lifting. So a win-win overall.

Durable, high quality, great for fractional increases
Have used this product multiple times since purchase. They arrive in an attractive, black, drawstring bag. Very smooth plates, well made, they fit my trap bar perfectly. I've started to plateau on some of my lifts, and this allows for small, incremental increases. On some of my lifts, 5 lbs. would be too much. Very satisfied with the product so far.

Great set of fractional plates
Great set of fractional plates. I think they are the cheapest out there right now for 1.25 and they measured in a 1lb 3.7 and 1lb 3.8 oz respectivly so pretty accurate. Only 4 stars because one was a bit hard to slide on the bar at first but if you keep using them it should wear away at the paint a bit to let it slide on easier, or sand it a bit if you don't want to wait. Other one fit perfect, I Would say the best deal out there on these plates.

Accurate DIY PlateMate Alternative
I recently sold my full dumbbell set for the Nuobell adjustable dumbbells' to save space. I found myself wishing I could do 2.5 lb jumps when doing exercises where I use lighter dumbbells (lateral raises, delt flys, front raises). 2 pairs of Platemates would have runabout $80, which was more than I was looking to spend. I decided to DIY it with some these fractional plates and neodymium magnets. The plates were $20/pair, and the 12 pack of magnets was $14, so all told I'm in $54. Still not cheap, but I can also use the plates on my bar - that wouldn't have been an option with the Platemates. For now, I've wrapped the magnets in electrical tape to protect them from cracking from metal on metal contact. I may plasti-dip them later to be more official. Took them for a test drive this morning, and they were rock solid, even on some more aggressive reps towards the end of my set. Regarding their accuracy, the largest variance was +0.007 lbs. I also tested them on my olympic barbell, and they were a great fit - not loose, but slide easily on and off the bar.

Mine live in my gym bag and hold up fine. This is my only experience buying fractional plates ...
These fractional plates work solidly. They are the proper size for the standard Olympic bar. Mine live in my gym bag and hold up fine. This is my only experience buying fractional plates and judging by the quality of these I probably won't need to ever again. I have nothing to compare these to, but they are seemingly well made and at a good price.

Worthwhile investment for upper body in particular
Solid product to own for the weightlifter in training. Especially for upper body lifts where 5lb jumps can be a lot, this allows you to microload and make good progress. Comes in a usable enough little bag to bring with you. Just remember to keep them in your gym bag and that you don't forget them.

These work perfectly for making small weight increases on an Olympic bar, especially for overhead press. Seem high quality and price was good.
