My mom has been raving about drinking pumpkin seed oil for weight loss, so i finally decided to give it a try. Well, i should have paid better attention to the description of the product because when i received it, the label said "for external use only"... i did my research and decided to try a teaspoon of it - not a fan of the taste, i knew i wont be able to keep taking it, but i thought i'll give it a chance as a moisturizer. My skin gets very oily during the day, but also gets very dry in the evening after using face wash and toner so i can't skip on the moisturizer. Long lasting, nice fresh scent

I am post menopausal and still have a head full of hair I would like to kerp! It started shedding more than usual about a year ago and I tried this stuff after hearing a you tuber--the Little Poet--talk about how it helped her hair. I swear, as soon as I started using it the shedding decreased I would say about 75%. Also I had new growth coming in around my hairline! I stopped using it for a few months and the shedding gradually increased!! Started using again about a month ago, and with first use, I noticed it decreased again significantly. I just rub a few drops onto my scalp a few hours before I wash and that does it. I won't be without this stuff again. DEFINITELY try if you need help with your hair!
