Would it be too warm to use as a protective face mask in Hawaii?

This is typically used in the biting cold. Even in cold weather if I go for a walk I'm wanting to pull it off before I'm home. I think it may be a bit warm for Hawaii.

I don't know what that means. I didn't make that recommendation. I can tell you this - it is pretty warm. It isn't made to be the only thing you wear in the ice cold weather. I had it on when my boat was going 40mph and it was 40 Degrees and cloudy it did the job nicely. I would think 30 degrees and sunny would be just fine.

Is this actually windproof? Wanting to use it for motorcycle rides; my neck gets cold.

I ride my bicycle all year in temperatures down to 27 degrees. This works perfectly for me. When I road motorcycles, I used other options at the time that were available. This works for me and sometimes it is too warm in temps that are close to 40 degrees.
