When I open shipping box I surprised about Parrot Zik 3 box is opened allready "seal security" sticker cutted, I have picture if you need it, second thing the wireless charger doesn't work! I can't believe that happened with my lovely website to shopping! I'm waiting your best solution. Thanks.

I'm certain this was a used product. The security tape was already cut when it arrived.

These headphones were exactly what I wanted in terms of sound quality, noise cancelling and wireless comms. I use them while travelling on aircraft and they cut out a significant amount of engine noise. The range of the bluetooth signal around my 2 bed flat is pretty good, only affected by the microwave when I'm cooking. The Audio Suite app works fine on my iphone, but I'm mostly using them around the house from my Windows 10 laptop which isn't supported by the Audio Suite software and sadly doesn't look like it ever will be. Therefore you can connect the headphones to Windows 10 but not change the settings. Typical battery life is around 6 hours. I purchased a second genuine battery to get me though the day when travelling. The supplied USB cable failed after a few months. For speed I bought a genuine replacement rather than deal with their customer support which has a bad reputation. The second cable also failed after a few months and the USB connector in the headphone now also seems to be causing intermittent charging issues. They do sell a wireless charging pad but I'm not prepared to invest in one. I find them very comfy but have issues with the ear cushions which started peeling after just 3 months. I've had them a year now and they look absolutely disgusting. Most of the surface material has peeled off both ear cushions and ear crud has built up on the material underneath, which is difficult to clean. A quick look online tells me this is a common problem and their support is poor, so I am not going to bother with attempting replacement of the ear cushions under warranty. A third party does sell some but in black only. Whilst these headphones are ideal for me in terms of operation, they do not appear to be designed for everyday use. Mainly due to the poor ear cushion material quality but also lack of Windows 10 support for Audio Suite and USB charging issues, when its time to replace them I will look elsewhere.

They're gorgeous, and fit pretty comfortably (even with all of my earrings). The app makes it pretty simple to control. The range is fantastic. There appears to be a Bluetooth connection issue though that seems to get worse the longer I listen to them in a single go. Everything indicates that audio is still playing, but I get silence from the headphones until I restart everything (power off/on the headphones & reopen my app). It will continue to recur, and each time it will happen after a shorter duration until it's only about 2 minutes of audio and I give up. I haven't had the time to research the cause, and have been debating returning them. But I really want them to work out.
