I have brown hair that just recently received highlights that have turned orange. Will this shampoo remove the orange and lightenthe rest of my hair?

The shampoo is formulated to reduce brassy and orange tones from highlighted or lightened hair. It will not lighten brown hair.

Will it hurt or change my natural grey that's growing out? I need it for the bleached (long) ends that turn yellow.

No. It takes the brassiness out. Just follow directions & you should be fine.

If they say to use gloves, can you use it in the shower without staining your tub/surround AND your skin??

I have used gloves and shampooed over my utility room sink. It hasn’t stained the sink, stray purple suds have washed out completely from an old towel and I haven’t had any staining on my skin, however, I’m not sure I want to try it out in the shower... But that’s just me...lol (The results are stunning and worth the extra steps)
